The Graphic Design program at Daymar's Louisville, KY Fern Valley campus develops your abilities within the practical, contemporary application of the principles and disciplines of design. You will learn basic skills in computer design software, along with the newer disciplines of interactive design, experience design and motion graphics. You'll prepare to work in positions such as design assistant, layout assistant, production assistant and other entry-level positions in communications by developing a portfolio to exhibit competency in graphic design.

You will become familiar with industry-standard applications, including Microsoft FrontPage Visual Basic, Macromedia Flash, Macromedia Dreamweaver, and Adobe Photoshop to create commercial advertising within the marketing industry.
