For transcripts request or educational records verification, please complete the Records Request Form and return by email to:

Transcript request fees are non-refundable. Transcripts can only be released if financial commitments to the institution have been resolved.  See FAQ below for who to contact if you want to confirm account balance prior to payment of non-refundable request fees.

It generally takes two weeks of processing from the end of the semester/term for the transcript to reflect all grades and coursework.  See FAQ below for processing time of requests once form submitted.

Official transcripts are issued by the Office of the Registrar upon the student’s request when submitted in writing (see above). An official academic transcript is a copy of a student’s permanent record, signed by a school official.

Unofficial transcripts are issued by the Office of the Registrar upon the student’s request when submitted in writing (see above).  These are issued as a copy to a student, can be issued through email (see above for form to request & note recipient email on form), and are considered informal records as no signature of school official.  Unofficial transcripts/grade reports can also be self-printed from the Student Portal for current students who wish to access it directly themselves by logging into the Student Portal.

Verification of Educational Records are issued by the Office of the Registrar upon receipt of signature of authorization from the student (see above request form).  These are issued in writing and not by phone. Please follow the steps above to submit a complete request form by email to the Registrar’s Office.

Q. How long does a request take to process?
A. If you attended in 2007 to present:

Official transcripts require receipt of request form plus payment of non-refundable processing fee at the Payment Form link; and no outstanding financial obligations to the institution/student account balance in good standing.  Please allow 10 business days from date of payment submission if all of these requirements are met.

Unofficial transcripts do not require a fee, but do require a request form and no outstanding financial obligations to the institution/student account balance in good standing.  Please allow 10 business days from date of emailing in the request form if these requirements are met.

Educational verifications do not require a fee, but do require a signed request form with authorization to release the information.  Please allow 10 business days from date of emailing in the signed request form.
